Hi! My name is Charity. I have really struggled with my weight my whole life. The last time I weighed 165 was the summer after my senior year. I struggle with negative thoughts that make it harder for me to lose the weight. Until now I have let those negative thoughts win but not anymore. I am finally ready to make a change to a healthier lifestyle. I have a personal trainer that has showed me that I am not weak and I can do things that I did not think I could. I love taking Zumba classes and am starting to love to sweat!

Fitness Minutes: 3,275

My Goals:
long term goal: 1.reach 190 by July 2011.
2. become a healthier example to my family.
3. show myself that I am worthy of being healthier and thinner.
short term: 1.to be consistent with my workouts.
2. incorporate 2 veggies and 2 fruits into my diet.
3. drink more water.


My Program:
For my eating I am just trying to keep my calories to 1600 a day.

EXERCISE:
5 days of cardio (2 of which is Zumba class)
Strength training with my personal trainer 2 xs a week.
ABs 2xs a week



Personal Information:
Married to a wonderful man for 18 years with 2 awesome kids. One teenage boy and 7 year old girl. We are currently stationed at Osan AB South Korea as my husband is in the US Air Force.


Other Information:
I love to read, anything but I am really into Vampire Book. Twlight Series, Laurel Hamiliton, Charlaine Harris and what ever I can find. But my taste is not limited to just those. I love Iris Johansen, John Grisham, John Patterson, Nicholas Sparks too.
