A Phoenix on the Rise
I have been a member since May 8, 2009.
I considered, in this moment of uber motivation this morning, wiping the slate clean and starting over so to speak. But I believe history is important and my own history is telling in where I need to keep going and the strength I need to gain.

I have been a member since May 8, 2009.
I considered, in this moment of uber motivation this morning, wiping the slate clean and starting over so to speak. But I believe history is important and my own history is telling in where I need to keep going and the strength I need to gain.
Since May 8th of 2009, I have lost a consistent 25 pounds. I have graduated with two Master's degrees. I was in, and then found the core to leave, an emotionally abusive relationship. I have moved. I became a teacher. I have come to realize I need to explore. I'm now in the most amazing relationship with a man who finds me beautiful and wonderful and how amazing is that?
So... I don't want to wipe my slate clean. In fact, I want to honor the slate, regardless of how cranky I get with myself at times for not losing weight or getting fit "fast enough".
I have many, many, many dreams and there's really absolutely no reason why I shouldn't be out there getting them.

My Goals:
Get FIT and HEALTHY by completing the 21 Day Fix and PiYo program. Then... the sky is the limit!
My Program:
Well, I've always had a plan... I've just never been too good at executing.
But I'm not a quitter!
*Get my pretty tushy out of bed and get working in the mornings - PiYo and 21 Day Fix workouts it is for a while!
*Stick with the 21 Day Fix eating plan, so I can train my stomach to learn PORTION SIZE!
That about sums it up. Pretty simply really. You'd think I'd be two pounds by now :P

I lost a total of 3 lbs for the month of April so I'm putting a plan together on how to lose more for the month of May!!
