Change is Good!
As you can see from my picture I love hiking and the outdoors. I joined Spark to Lose weight. I may have only lost 3 pounds but I found a healthy life style. That is more important!
In Dec. I turn 50. I like to think of that as middle aged. But if I am going to last until 100, like my grandfather and his father, I need to practice a healthy life style. (My grandfather was still hoeing an acre of tomatoes a day in his 90's)
Additional incentive is my husband, he is ...

Additional incentive is my husband, he is up every morning at 5 to exercise. He is unstoppable on the hiking, biking, and ski trails. I love going with him but every year it gets harder to keep up. Time for a Change! This year I am going to catch-up. He won't hear, "Wait for me."
