Introduction Text 71 years young. Married to my best friend. Living life to the fullest. Just need to get healthier and drop some weight.

Get my blood sugar out of the pre diabetic diagnosis. Lose some weight (fat) from 156 down to 135. Gain strength through exercise.

Eating a healthy balanced diet. More veggies, fruits, lean proteins and less carbs and sugars.

I am 71 years young. Live in Cartersville, GA with my husband of 33 years. I have 2 children and he has 2 children. Together we have 6 grandchildren, 3 and 3/4 great grands. I am a Christian and in love with my Lord. We are full time RVers. We do Park Gate Attendant contracts for the USACE in the Summer months and then volunteer for them in the Winter months.

I love doing Bible Studies. Have read all the books by Jan Karen and Ann B. Ross.
