    Exercise seems to be an issue for many, I remember how hard it was for me too, just didn't seem like it would fit in my hectic schedule. I learned to break it into 10 minute seggments, now I find my walks to be when I can have my "ME" time, a time of reflecting on what's happening in my life & my upcoming goals. Do what you can, remember, it takes baby steps to get us to the next level. Let me know if I can help.
