Hey girl! I'm in the military as well trying to lose this 50 pounds that just creeped up on me when I got stationed in Germany. I can totally relate to how you're feeling right now. Being in the military overweight is SO hard! You just feel like such a fatty putting on your uniform every day when the majority of people around you are in shape. Plus you have your leadership frowning upon you for gaining weight. I actually just became a member yesterday and hope that this program will help me. I'm sorry to hear about your weight gain, but you CAN get it off. If there is one thing you should know about sparkpeople, it would be to get well acquainted with the Nutrition and Fitness trackers....located under the ' my tools ' heading. Those are the two most important tools. Followed by speaking with people in the community. I know it may seem overwhelming at first, but just keep your head up and stick to it!! Pretty soon you will be a pro!!
