Losing this weight and burning this fat!!
Hi! My name is Courtney and I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my new husband, Eric. I have decided that it is time to get serious about losing some weight. I want to avoid any serious health problems like diabetes, heart issues, & etc. I also want to be thinner & I want to feel better about myself.. I am excited to start this journey. I know it will be tought but it will all be worth it in the end!

-Cut back on portions
-More fruits
-More veggies
-More nuts
-Drink LOTS of water
-Workout with husband
-Start jogging
-Cut out soda
-Cut back on coffee
-Take vitamins
