    I'm starting week 4 today..nervous about it. It's 5 minutes of running. I'm trying not to have a defeatist attitude, but I'm not sure I can do that without decreasing my speed on treadmill...I'll report back!

    I am glad I added you! Thanks for responding to my post. I guess the reason I ate so little is because I lost weight doing it that way but it is very unhealthy. I am changing things though. This morning I had a whole wheat Matzo cracker with turkey breast slices and pastrami and an orange (252 calories). I think it will be easier to get in the calories if I eat all my meals this way. Also need to get in more fruits and vegetables. Congrats on reaching week 3!! How is that going? Did you lose weight on SP so far?
