Introduction Text 2012-I am starting over again. I have had 3 rough years which have forever changed my life. I did manage to lose a total of 70 lbs. and have slowly gained about 40 back. I have to get back on track. It is for my family but I am also understanding how much this extra weight really hurts my whole body. I now know that this will be a way of life from here on out, not just a short term diet. I am ready. 2009-I am a great person that is tired of the outside not matching the inside. It has always been easy for me to gain weight and hard to lose. For years, I have struggled and I am ready to just be healthy and hopefully the weight will come down. I am looking for friends that want someone to help them and help out with this life change. I am a busy mom of these adorable little boys. I did ok with weight even after the first two-but the last two did me in. :) Now I have the task of learning to be healthy and teach my boys also.

To be active-to feel good-to know that I can be thin-to show my kids to be heathly through my example

I am from Ohio I am a full time grad student I have five beautiful boys YES I said 5 I am happily married to the love of my life

I like to read, sew and be with my family
