Hi, I'm Casey from North Carolina. I'm 30 and have 2 sons.Logan's 6 and Lucas is 19 month old.

I've been on this journey before. I have lost 100lbs before. And now I am back where I started. Its time to do it again! Let me tell you a little about myself.

Beginning of 2008, a year after I had Logan, I weighed in at the heighest I'd ever been.I put myself on a mission to regain my health and I lost around 100 lbs. I hadn't felt so healthy and alive in years!

From 2008- 2009 I've gone from my highest weight ever, after the birth of my son at 283 lbs down to 185lbs!

April 2010- I started working at Walmart on 3rd shift with the remodel crew. it was a lot of building,taking apart and heavy lifting. It was very different and challenging, but I enjoyed it.It also helped me to get control of my emotional and boredom eating and to start getting the exercise started again after winter hibernation.

Aug 2010 we finished remodel on our store and they hired me on stocking and doing IMS inventory work. April of 2011 I hurt my neck shoulder and lower back working on a ladder in the backroom. And was on work comp for 2 months before I left.

July 2011-I started my pregnancy with Lucas around 215-220. And was put on partial bedrest half way thru my pregnancy.

January 2013- I'm weighing in at 270 lbs. I have gained almost all the 100 lbs back I worked so hard to lose. Its all been worth it for my Lucas. But no more excuses. Now is the time for me to get up off my butt and do what I did before. I know how to track. I know how to eat. I know how to exercise. To grocery shop for meals.No excuses I turned 30 years old a few weeks ago. I need to rock my 30's! I'm so ready to take myself and my health back under my control!

My Goals:
I lost 100 lbs before! I can do it again! After baby #2 I'm right back where I started! I have to learn to take control and time for myself again!

Goal #1 get off my butt and do it!

My Program:
i started a program in january 08 and lost 100 lbs! I've had a few detours off my program but I jump right back in. My program is common sense. I'm eating healthier but not depriving myself . I find that the "Biggest Loser" dvd's really help and Leslie Sansone's walking dvd's work for me too. I go to the park and jog and am trying to play outside more with my little boy.

I love being a mom! Logan is my shining star! My parents are my best friends! I love to read romance books , Nora Roberts,Charlaine Harris and Christine Feehan are my favorites. My favorite t.v. shows are So You Think You Can Dance, Grey's Anatomy and True Blood.
