It's do or die time - literally

If I do all this, I am hoping that I can get off meds for awhile. There is no cure and eventually the meds will be back but if I can delay that for a bit, I will be very happy.
UPDATE - Effective May 27, 2014 I am off all meds as my A1C was lowered to 5.6. I have been able to maintain good BS nos. for 2 weeks now.
