    Just checking in on your progress. Last week was kind of hard for me. My weight when up and i didn't know why. I had done everything I was supposed to do and was disappointed. I have not been feeling well and I didn't exercise for the past two days and I lost the two pounds. I think my body just needed a little break. I was exercising every single day for two hours a day. I am still on Atkin's Induction and was eating less than 1000 calories.
    I said all of that to say its hard to understand why our body does the things it does. Just stick in there, as long as your doing what you are supposed to you will lose the weight. emoticon
