    Don't give up, you can do it. I understand where you are because I am also fighting to stay on the right path. I lost 38lbs and gained eight of those pounds back because I decided I was tired of trying to achieve something that I did not think I could. Well, I was wrong and now I am back on track to being a healthier me. There will be days you will feel like this but try not to give in because you know your strength and what you want to accomplish! Good Luck on this journey and keep claiming success!

    I noticed in the huddle that you needed support. Is there anything I can do to help you?
    Try to focus on that we are in the midst of changing our lifestyles and that it is not an easy process! It will take us time and effort to reach our goals, but we will reach them.
    We need to stop expecting perfection of ourselves and become more accepting when we get off track. It's normal to get off track, whether it be in food, fitness, or even attitude and motivation. The only thing we can really do is accept the reality of what we did and immediately put ourselves back to work. I've faced getting back on track many times - just read my blogs!
    Just don't quit. Stay focused on your goals, determined to reach them, and positive that you will.
    Remember - you have many friends here who care about you and want to support you.
