    HI,
    I think the reality is how am I working with WW? Sounds like we have both been successful in the past, and the basics continue to be portion control, mindful eating, and accountability. Personally, I hate the scale, so if I don't go to meetings my weight creeps up so incrementally that I may not notice until my clothes are too tight...that's my accountability. Being mindful about how fast I eat and the "Am I really hungry?" is probably my second biggest speed bump. Hang in there and use what you know to be true. Also, thanks for the goodie : ) emoticon

    emoticon On the 30 Day Small Changes Challenge you had asked about the Flax and Chia Seeds. I use 1 T of each (Ground Flax and Chia) stirred in after oatmeal is cooked! Hope that helps! Good luck on your journey!
