My goals include drinking more water, eating more natural foods (i.e. more fruits & veggies, cutting out refined sugars, ect.). I'd basically just like to change my lifestyle as a whole to become a more active, healthy person. I'd also like to work on quitting that nasty habit I have involving nicotine...

I'm currently working on implementing small goals so I don't overwhelm myself. I'm the type that tends to go full force into something and focus on it for a while, until I become bored. I'm hoping that doing this a little more slowly will allow it to stick, this time.

I'm Carina, 21 years old from Toronto, Ontario.

I'd describe myself as a "nerd". I'm a huge gamer, which is part of my problem in the active side of things. BAZINGA!
