I thought the same thing before I researched this fast. There's no way it can be healthy, right? Well, I actually get more servings of fruits and vegetables and all the nutrients from them than I would ever get eating them, its just not possible to eat that much fruit and veggies in one day. Juicing just breaks them down so they are more easily absorbed into our bodies. So I'm not actually starving, I'm getting A LOT of very good vitamins and minerals as well as protein from all the greens. It's definitely not easy and not for everyone. It is also detoxing my body from all the chemicals I digest from eating other foods. Basically going back to the day of hunters and gathers, we didn't always have meat readily available in those times, but found other ways to stay healthy and not starve. I would never "starve" myself, I agree that is not the answer for anyone. Thank you for your input.

I know what you mean. If I were to go according to the scale, I may have quit but by using the pedometer with a quick way to measure what I do without looking at a clock, I know easily when I need to keep moving or when I can stop if I choose to. By doing this, I am seeing changes in the tape measure as opposed to just what I see on the scale, and the changes are good ones and that keeps me going!
