Over the last several years I've vacillated between being "obese" and "over weight", never making it to "normal". After I lose a good amount of weight - 30 lbs. or so - I find something in me resisting; and I get obsessive about food --- eating, eating, eating until I've gained most (or all) of the weight back.
It is time to get to a normal weight NOW and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The body parts are starting to creak and rebel for what I am putting them through.
As of ...

As of 8/1/19 I have been trying intermittent fasting - doing a 24 hour fast two days a week. Already I am seeing nice results on the scale and in my bloodwork.

Lose 50+ lbs.
Achieve A1C of 6.0 or less and reduce meds. [Latest: 6.2! 9/2019]
Achieve normal blood pressure and get off meds. [DONE! Although my doc keeps me on a "whiff" of BP meds for kidney protection due to my Type 2]
Lower overall/LDL/tri to normal range [DONE!] and reduce meds.
My Program:
Monitoring carb/calorie intake.
Walking.
Intermittent fasting.
