I'm Bonnie, 24, from upstate NY. Single Mama to 5 beautiful babies and stepbabies :o) I've got a lot of weight to lose, and I'm trying to take small steps in the direction of a healthier me :o)

My Goals:
~ To lose 30 lbs by our beach vacation at the end of August... I've got 30 weeks from now to get it done!
~To adopt and maintain a healthier way of eating that I can stick with for good.
~To lower my BMI from 42 to 29 or less.
My Program:
My typical meals over the course of a day include...
~breakfast- fruit and yogurt
~lunch- salad with diced ham and ranch dressing
~snacks- fruits, veggies, low fat string cheese...
~dinner- whatever we're having, in smaller portions, and only fixing starchy/carb side dishes a few times a week.
I've also stopped eating after dinner is over.
I haven't started exercising yet, as I've been sick for a couple of weeks now. I plan to start within the next week, starting with some cardio workout DVD's and walks around the neighborhood.
