A new phase in our lives has just begun. I left my original intro at the bottom of this one so you can see where I started this time around.

My husband's previous job was slated to end this month and no new job bids were being won so he started shopping around for another job. He got a call at 6:30 one Saturday evening in August and they wanted him to start on Monday. So he flew up to Little Rock and started with a new company that is close to where we had always wanted to retire. We moved the camper up to a new location, but that just wasn't cutting it. It was not a good neighborhood and i had to lock my doors all day. Leaving only to do laundry and shop got old fast. We tried to find a new home up near Mountain Home but nothing struck our fancy. Then we picked up a copy of a local real estate guide and found The Dome!! I called and we started checking and 30 days later I signed the papers to call it home. We've been in the house for 2 weeks and absolutely love it!! It is so much home that I know it will be where our kids drag us out of when we're too senile to know any better............or care for that matter....LOL Our furniture will be picked up over Thanksgiving and then for the first time in years I will set up ALL my Christmas decorations. Going to have to plan a party!!

So now my plans are pretty much the same, as I love Coach Nicole and kettlebells, but now I have 10 acres of forest to hike through, cut trails through and generally explore. This place will provide lots of exercise just in upkeep and so far it is a blast!! We cut down a dead tree this weekend and I got to hook it to my truck, put it in 4 wheel drive and haul it around the corner to make a nice spot for the camper to hang out until we want to actually use it to camp....LOL!!

So onward and downward we go!! Weight that is!! Keep Sparkin' everyone!!

Hi! My hubby is a construction worker so we have made the choice to rent out our houses and live in a camper closer to his job site. Challenging as it can be it has many benefits.......mainly LESS STRESS!! We even have a garden at our site and a freezer to put it all up. My goals this time around are to just make healthy choices and not worry so much about the calories, scale and all that other. Walking is a daily thing and kettlebells and Coach Nicoles 28 Day Bootcamp are all on my agenda. Chef Megs cookbook is awesome and we are enjoying lots of new stuff. I love to cook and have to plan well to be able to have the space to make what I want. So now we'll see how it goes. I'm excited!!

I saw your post on Team Indy Girl.

You might check out IOWL Team.

Inside Out Weight Loss (IOWL) is based around overcoming those "internal" issues that stop us from achieving our goals (weight loss or otherwise!!)

The team is quiet, but you will find links to free podcasts by Renee Stephens there a wealth of information on past threads and members always ready to "support and be supported" when needed.

It has been a great help for me - although I have been listening for years and making incremental changes...for whatever reason, this year is the year that it seems to all be "falling into place" so to speak!!

Go figure! I'm glad I did not give up!!
