I have struggled with my weight all of my life. Now, I simply want to live a fit and healthy lifestyle without worrying about fitting into my clothes or how I look in the mirror. I am excited about this goal for the very first time because I have dealt with my past emotions and now I am happy with myself and the only thing that's missing is getting control of my weight.
