Introduction Text I am a mom of two and have a great desire to get healthy and set a good example for my children, especially my 11 year old daughter.

I am tired of being tired and not having the energy to enjoy the things I want to, especially those things my young daughter wants to do. My long term goal is to get healthier and set a good example for my daughter. My short term goals are to do cardio for 30 minutes, 5 times per week and to increase my water intake.

My program is just watching my diet and exercising 30 minute per day, 5 days per week.

I live on a farm in SW Iowa and love growing and preserving fruits and vegetables from my garden and orchard.

I enjoy crafting and gardening.
