    I'm real happy to have you on our team and yes, together emoticon

    I tried many times on my own and it didn't work. On our team I'll never use the word DIET but EAT HEALTHY. With you all it keeps me accountable. With weekly and monthly challenges, I find it helps. Being mindful of what we eat and the portion size was an awakening for me This weeks is Fitness week.
