Cat Rabbit Habitat, Fit for FUN!!!
I work full time in healthcare. I'm 58 years old. My husband passed away in March 2019. He was 59, disabled and not well. We were married for 35 years. I want to have healthier eating habits. I want to seek out creative, healthy ways to deal with stress. I want to exercise more and enjoy it. I want to be more flexible, optimistic and energetic. I want to take time to refresh, renew, and revitalize! Identify stinkin' thinkin' and nip it in the bud with rational thinking.

Cardio: bicycle, treadmill, elipitical, swimming laps, dancing, hula hooping, jump roping, aerobic exercise, Zumba
Strength training: free weights, floor exercises, machines at gym, exercise dvd's, fitness disk, digging, cultivating, lifting, carrying
Flexibility: stretching exercises, yoga.
