    I am doing well, however i have some sort of bug and my energy level is next to none.... I am eating with-in my calories but my walking has been lax.... My motivation is still in high gear though so I ma happy with progress I have made... I know they say I am supposed to weigh myself every month but I have been weighing every week and I started out at 280 and dropped to 272.6!!!! in two weeks! I have decided to hold off on moving to stage 2 until I feel better but I am determined to walk more. How has everything gone for you? emoticon
