Merry Christmas. I hope you are doing well, Spark Friend.
A report says Obesity and Diabetes are the conditions making Covid 19 deaths prominent. Also, people who have Type A blood, who are bald and over 65. Low Vitamin D is another factor. I listen to Dr. John Campbell from England on Youtube, as he has been giving information on Covid-19 since January. He sited the article on how research is showing the MMR vaccine is protecting children from Covid-19 and it may help us older ones, and having a MMR shot now doesn't hurt, if we had one as a kid. I know I didn't back in 1957.

(blog response) 10 calories per pound of body weight is good gauge of daily calories required for me to maintain weight since I exercise only 10 to 20 minutes (non strenuously) at a time ... 250 - 400 minutes in a month.
10XPERLB … (in response to the question about why melted butter) the post is the recipe of sauce on fish & sweet peas... (I like olive oil instead of butter for the sauce too) 361 days ago

P.S. Don't forget about stretching. You'll be using muscles, especially going down the stairs, that you don't normally use. Stretching will help a lot when it comes to soreness. Good luck! 370 days ago

The jelly legs will get better with time and practice, though I did have days that were better or worse for no discernible reason. Go figure.
The huffing and puffing is normal and will likely always happen. It's simply a result of the elevation gain in a short time period and how the heart reacts. The secret is in the recovery time. The more fit you are, the faster your breathing will return to normal.
