Introduction Text HI, my name is April. I have been up and down with my weight my entire life. It is time to end that cycle. I want to establish life changing patterns that will last. I love to cook and am very adventurous with my food. If you have a unique and flavorful recipe, hit me up!

I would like to get establish a healthy lifestyle not just for me but to help support my athletic sons :)

I am working with a personal trainer twice a week with weights. I am on my own one day a week, and I also do spin class 3 days a week. On the days I work with Savanna, I also do 30 minutes of elliptical trainer.

I am a SAHM but also a full student. I have recently applied to UTSON. I do not know if I will get in, but my fingers are crossed. I am working towards my bachelors in nursing.

I have a dog named sagwa, i love football, my sons, my family, fine food, movies, and sleeping.
