Hi! My name is Jenny. I have been overweight all of my adult life and I am DONE with it!!! I am DONE with hating my body. I am DONE with treating other people better than I treat myself. I am DONE with feeding my body unhealthy crap. I am DONE with regrets of things I have not done because it required to much activity. I am DONE with not allowing myself to be the person I know I am. I am DONE with not having faith in myself and my body! I am DONE with not finishing what I start! I am DONE worrying about my children's future regarding weight! I AM DONE!!!!!

I got engaged earlier this year and I can't think of a better reason to finally lose weight. My wedding date is set for Feb. 27, 2010 in me church with a Honeymoon in Orlando, FL!!! I would like to finally be below 200 lbs by then!

I have an amazing fiance who is very supportive of my weight loss goals. He makes sure I reach most of them, lol. He is my motivational coach. I also have three amazing kids who are the real driving force behind my wanting to be healthier. I want to help them become healthy active adults and what better way than to lead by example.

Each week I will post my weight loss for the week and my weight loss total since starting.

Weight Loss Goals/Rewards:

1. Reach 231- Go to the movies by myself-DONE
2. Reach 221 - Mani/pedi-DONE
3. Reach 217 - Get a new wii game-DONE 11.29.09
4. Reach 211 - New outfit
5. Reach 199 - Day at the spa!!
6. Reach 191 - personal photo shoot!
7. Reach 190 - Get a second tattoo!
8. Reach 180 - Shopping spree at my fave. thrift store!
9. Reach 150 - Laser Hair Removal
10. Reach 140 - PARTY!!!! Have pin-up pics of myself taken

Wk13/00~02.28.10~~ getting married on the 27th. Will not weigh in on the 02.28.10 or 03.07.10.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be comfortable in my own skin and to be able to see my children grow up to be healthy adults. I know the best way to achieve that is to lead by example. Here is a small list of my personal short term goals to put me on the right track:

*See 199 on the scale and be out of the 200's FOREVER. Hello Onederland.
*Lose my first 50 lbs.
*Fit into my pretty black and white summer dress. Pics in my album.
*Be able to do 20 correct pushups without stopping for a break.

My Program:
To reach my goals I am changing my eating habits and getting off the couch ALOT more! Here are some of the things I am doing to help me get where I wanna be:

1. Drink at least 8-8oz. glasses of water each day.
2. Consume between 1,300-1,600 calories each day.
3. Get at least 5 servings of fruits/veggies each day.
4. Walk at least 1 mile each day.
5. Do the EA Active 30 day challenge for the WII
6. Get in at least 3.5 hours of cardio per week.
7. Get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep each night.
8. Try to cut at the sodas

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl. Moved to Augusta, GA in July 2004. Moved to St. Mary's, GA in August 2008.

I love to read, dance, cook, play my wii, play Sudoku, play on (jennybluuu). I also enjoy spending some alone time with my fiance. We go bike riding together, go see friends in Jacksonville, dine out, go to movies, go dancing and we love to walk on the beach or in the local waterfront park.

Things I love: my fiance, my girlfriends, my children's laughter, 1600 count thread sheets (although I don't actually own a set), History, Dooney and Bourke purses, a good movie that makes me cry, a good book that makes me smile, mint chocolate chip ice cream, a sunset, the Jacksonville skyline, a good meal, making my friends laugh, my raggedy old gray shorts that I have had for like 10 years, fuzzy socks, my body pillow, sleeping, sweet tea, my cup of coffee in the morning, my hair, I nice long hot bath, pedicures, having my back scratched......... to be continued
