I've been married for 14 years and I have 3 children with autism (12, 12 and 13). I have PCOS that I battle frequently and I was diagnosed when I was 15. I have problems with fatigue, hormonal weight gain, ovarian pain, daily headaches, psciatica pain and a bad knee.

Right now I'm not trying to weigh under 110, I just want to weigh LESS, and be strong and healthy.

My Journey to Date:

June 2011 - 250 pounds. Started taking 10,000 IU Vitamin D
August 2011 - Started Exercising for 10-15 min Daily
October 2011 - Started Exercising 45 min
December 2011 - 240 pounds.
March 2012 - 230 pounds
May 2012 - Started 500mg Metformin 2x a day
October 2014 - Left Knee surgery - torn meniscus and torn mcl
January 2015 - Right Knee surgery - torn meniscus and torn mcl
March 2015 - 238 pounds. Still rehabilitating my knees and trying to rebalance my weak quads and tight hamstrings.
July 2015 - Suffering from a hamstring strain.
February 2016 - 257 pounds - my all time high weight. Things have to change.
Late February 2016 - Restart Metformin, NOT ER edition. Also anti-depressants.
March 2017 - Fell two times in the snow and needed to walk with cane.
April 2017 - My left knee is improved but not completely healed and can continue with exercise.

Fitness Minutes: 72,842

My Goals:
Short term goal is to weigh 230 pounds by the last day of May.

Medium goal - to weigh 200 pounds.

And ultimately to get down to between 160 to 175.

My Program:
Cardio 3x a week
Strength Training 3x wk
Rehab exercises daily
Stretching Daily
NOT eating starch with every meal.
