    Hi Bren,
    I just found you on our Lifer Team so I went to your Sparkpage to learn more about you. I'm new. 8 weeks on Spark and have enjoyed some success in weight loss, and inches lost. My body is changing slowly. I notice less pain (most of the time ) and fewer cramps when bending or moving. My scale is erratic (as you mention yours is) I just put up with it and keep going toward my goals. I find walking is by far the most helpful exercise for me - and I can't seem to progress without it. I started at 5 min brisk walk/day with 5 min slow walk before and after to warm up.

    I have added you as a spark friend - I was so impressed by your honesty as you braved your way into the process. Hope to be a good friend to you and look forward to our success! We CAN do it.
