My Goals:
My goal is to finally get rid of all the weight having 4 kids has put on me! I have lost a lot so far, I think 25 pounds more would be ideal for me. Mostly, I just want to be comfortable in my own skin, and not so darn self conscious with my body.
My Program:
I am avoiding sugar and flour, and trying to get my 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. For my exercise, I will run 3 - 4 times a week, and I will do circuit training for my weight exercises. I would also like to do some yoga, just because I like it.
