My Goals:
I want to maintain a HEALTHY weight!

My Program:
 I go to at least 3 or 4 Overeaters Anonymous meetings per week, work with a sponsor, and follow a food plan given to me by a nutritionist - lots of protein and vegetables, almost NO sugar. I have lost over 70 pounds in the last few years. I also try to walk at least a mile a day and I go to the gym 3x a week.


Personal Information:
I live in Southern California, in North Hollywood. I am a divorced mother of 3 grown children, no grandkids yet!
