Introduction Text A long time ago, I used to walk up this giant hill to school. I was 12, 210 pounds, and very out of shape. I would struggle all the way to the top of this hill. I would think to myself, "soon this will pass and I would be at the top." Daily..I made it. I remember this lesson in life...I can and will make it to the top of the hill. I wrote that years ago... Sadly I have gained back almost every pound I lost. Well... Here is to a new journey! Hope this one involves lots of friendships, good times and happy moments along the way!

I am aiming for the "normal" weight range and want to stay there for the rest of my life!!

Track food at least 5 days a week. Live life to the fullest. My life will not revolve around food, food will revolve around my life. (that means to eat to live, not live to eat)
