Spinning class is fun. This was the second time I'd gone, so I'm getting used to it and know more of what to do and stuff.
It's pretty much interval training... and they more or less suggest what you should do but you don't really have to do it obviously. But I try to do most of what they suggest and I find the music fun and motivating. The work period in our classes is 40 minutes and I burn calories during that time at roughly a 1000 cal/hr rate according to my HRM.
