I am 57 year old and a mom of a 16 year old son who is my miracle baby and is the light of my life and trying to be healthy and setting a good sample for my son to follow. Have been with spark for some time now but never joined any teams, or challenges till now. Want this weight off once and for all and am trying to stick with it. Been on alot of diets and did lose some weight and most of them don't work for me and my problem is that I don't know how to maintain my weight that I lost. I always gain that back and more. I did lose 106 lbs and gain some back. Need to lose 45-55 lbs to get down to my weight goal. Been on alot of different plans and it is taking it toll on me physically and emotionally and am now living a life style change and am hoping to be able to reach my goal now that I am free of dieting.

My Goals:
to reach my weight goal and to stay there and to be healthly.
My first goal to lose 18 lbs to get to 180. Met my 1st goal 6/20/11
My second goal to lose 28 lbs to get to 150. Met my 2nd goal 11/11/11
Reach the 100 lbs lost goal on 12/13/11
My third goal to lose 15 lbs to get to 135
My fourth goal is to lose 17 lbs to get to 118 and to keep my weight between 118 -135 is my life time goal.

My Program:
following a plan what ever plan I am on at the moment, walking, dancing,working out to wii system, working out to dvd's and trying out zumba, working out with dumbbells, to drink more water.
