Introduction Text Hi! I'm Jeanne! I had lost 76 pounds in less than a year with the help of SP and the support of the friends I've made on here! Then an immune system problem happened. I gained all of it back.... every single pound but since I did my "reboot" I have lost 5 lbs. and am feeling like I am finally getting my Spark fanned into a flame! I have more medical problems (see blogs if interested) but I'm determined to do what I can to lose this weight despite any issues I may have! I read a lot of blogs for inspiration and I get lots of encouragement from my SP friends on the blogs I write. I can do this with Spark People! It's all in taking baby steps in the beginning, leaning on the Lord, having the support of my family and my Spark friends!

1. Love myself. 2. Fix and eat healthy meals. 3. Help the doctors help me.

Drink my water. Eat Healthy. For now that's what I'm focused on.

I love being with my husband, Oy my dog, reading, and coloring while listening to audio books ! I also really like Crime solving shows but I only allow myself a couple of episodes on the DVR per evening. One of my favorite poems: Self Pity I never saw a wild thing sorry for it's self.
