    Thanks for asking. The last few days, I have been craving carbs, and veering off of my food plan. I could slip into a long term memory lapse about my goals unless I wake up to what's happening.

    My "hunger" was triggered by two different situations: a disappointment which I felt sad, hopeless, and depressed about. The other event caused me to feel worried about the future as well as angry at the insurance industry for charging heavy people higher insurance premiums.

    On the positive note, I cleaned up my kitchen so I can cook. The counters have been stacked with dishes, piles of paper, and groceries. And, I have a new weight goal before February which will reduce my insurance premium when I reach it.

    Still need a little more healing time for my back but have been using the hot tub and the pool to move it around. It's kinda fun. I still insist I can keep a limited amount of fresh nuts in the house. Wrong. Nervous today and ate 50% of my calories in a snack! I have an interview Friday. Woo hoo! Thanks for checking.
