Needed to reset my program.
I'm having trouble with my right hip and knee. I need to cut back on my walking and anything else that is going to put stress on my joints per dr.'s instructions. I'll try it and see what happens. With my Cerebral Palsy affecting my left side, I want to keep the right side as good as possible. So I'm starting over. But this is not the end of my journey, just a little detour.
I live in Florida, moved from Michigan in June 2006. Have a son, who is 34. I love to read, knit and crochet.

My Goals:
For November
1. Walk 60 minutes a day -6 days a week. Sunday walk 30 minutes.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water.
3. Continue posting my Gratitude Journal.
4. Be more positive.
5. Continue crocheting the scarves.
My Program:
Eat more whole grains. Not as much red meat.
Eat 7 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
Drink 8 8 oz glasses of water a day.
Use my exercise bike and resistance bands 3x a week.
Walk for 60 minutes a day, 6 days a week.
Walk 30 minutes 1 day a week.
Personal Information:
I was born in Wisconsin, but grew up in Michigan and moved to Florida in June 2006.
I'm a Tampa Bay Rays fan.
I'm a Green Bay Packer fan.
Other Information:
I love to read,esp. books by Nicholas Sparks,Max Lucado and Mitch Albom, knit, and crochet.
I have a 34 year old son.
