28 March 2011 ~ Life has been a whirlwind and I am just slowing down!! Wedding, new job, sick parents, you name it has happened this past year. But I am back and ready to get focused and see results.

I joined the 28-day bootcamp to jump start my new weightloss journey and hopefully it will help me get back into focus easier as well.

 EAS Soy Protein Shake for Breakfast
Well balanced lunch.
EAS Soy Protein Shake for Dinner
Fruits for snack

Exercise 30 minutes 5 times a week.

    GM emoticon ! You and I have several things in common including that we're both friends of Sherlyn/LANE63DOG. Sherlyn and I went to high school together and we've been friends ever since. In fact, she still lives in the town where I graduated from where most of my family lives - including my "2" (adult) children. :) I moved to Cabot in August of this year and I'm an avid reader and writer, as well. In addition, I've taken up scrapbooking as a new hobby over this past summer. We also seem to have very similiar health and weight loss goals.
