Hi-I'm Beckie. Like so many others....I'm on a life-long journey to lose weight and be healthy.

SInce I turned 50---my weight has kept creeping up , no matter what I was doing. I was at the highest I have EVER been in my life. I had no energy, the inflammation in my feet & legs was out of control & I just felt awful every day.

Then last February I quit smoking ( 2/14/15), & had a cough--so 2 days later went urgent care for checkup/xray. Well, their x ray machine was down, so had to go to the hospital--& was then admitted with Pneumonia.

When I got discharged-they had me on oxygen 24/7. I had a
sleep study done--which read I had chronic obstructive sleep apnea--which added the CPAP machine.

Fast forward------almost 9 months--after being diuretics for the inflammation (didn't work), oxygen, 2 inhalers, blood pressure meds, etc......

I was introduced to a GREAT company for health & wellness supplements. I re-started my journey on 12/6/15. So far I have lost 50 lbs & over 52.5 " overall....AND making additional income just from sharing my story.

I am now off of the oxygen, inhalers, blood pressure meds, & my Leg/feet inflammation is GONE!

1st 8 days I lost 16.2 LBS & 10.5 inches
Day 30---31.4 LBS & 27.5 inches
Day 75---46.8 LBS & 42.5 inches
Day 107--50.4 LBS & 50.5 inches

I still have a long way to go...but am feeling GREAT !
