My Goals:
I am going to weigh less than 200 lbs. this represents a loss of 90. I hope to do this by tracking nutrition and fitness activity
My Program:
Right now I am focusing on portion control. I will take a cup measure to the table to make sure I am not going over. I eventual want to be able to eyeball things, but I don't trust myself now.

Other Information:
I like history, Mormon pioneers, California history, and Civil War history. I collect stamps, but have put this aside for now as I work on family histories and personal history.
