Rekindling the spark
Hi Everyone. I'm Tricia. Love this site. I have met some wonderful people of the years and cherish the support. Started a 90 day challenge, today, January 1,2021. Starting weight: # 242.3 Here is my plan. Low carb - eat between the hours of 12pm and 8pm -keto coffee AM -Lunch when HUNGRY -Dinner with family in evening - Snack at 7:50 pm -64 ounces of water a day I will be kind to myself. My Program:
Sensible eating, keeping my eyes open for potential triggers for binge eating behavior.
1. Exercise 20 minutes 5 times a week. Everything else is bonus time.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
3. Track my food.
(currently reducing the amount of carbs I am eating. )
Personal Information:
My husband and I have been married for 27 years. We have a daughter who is 27 with her degree in English and lives and works in Minnesota. Our Middle child is a Marine, 21, is married and they are expecting their first child. Our youngest is 16 , very easy going. Thank goodness GOD gave me the easy one last. I am a Nurse and I work full time for West Virginia University.
