    Thank you for your post to my blog. I really needed that encouragement. Hopefully if I did break my ankle (I still don't know yet, I'm gonna head to the hospital here in about an hour), I can maintain my weight by diet alone and maybe I can find out other exercises I can do without having to stand up and whatnot. We shall see. I'll post another blog with an update when I find out. Thank you again for your support.

    Hi, there! I agree with you about using the word "diet". Dieting sets people up to think they have "failed" when they are not STRICTLY following a specific diet. As a result, it plays on our emotions. So, I like to say that I am making healthier choices and increasing my physical activities. So, stay encouraged and take it one day at a time. YOU CAN DO IT!
