I've been struggling with my weight all my life. I was only skinny-fat for a couple of months in my whole life and I want to have a fit, sexy body.

Overall, I want to be happy in my own body and not obsessed about weight.

Update: As of January 28, 2019, I weigh 162 lbs with 35.3% BF. Goal is to be 125 pounds with 20% BF by May 2020. My wt has been up & down(mostly UP) and determined to get my BF to 20%, which 125 lbs(guessed scale wt). Will take awhile to get there but I know what to do. Just wish my body is up for it.


Update: As of June 4, 2018, I decided to follow ‘Strong Curve’ program for my strength and ‘Rapid Fat Loss diet’ for my nutrition for 4 weeks.

Day 1 measurements are
Wt: 149.2 lbs, BF: 32.9%
Breast-36.5”
Waist-32.5”
Hip-38.5”
(Comparing from Jan 2, 2017 stats, not much different even though I weigh 5 pounds more)

EOM Goal-136 (healthy BMI) -Update: Reached 137

Update(May 1)- lowest wt for this yr so far was 133, but up again to 142 as of this morning after one week of binge.

Update(Jan 7, 2018)-152.6 lbs 35.2% BF; hoped to get down to 125 pounds last year but didn’t reach it. Weigh more than last yr this time around and researching what I did or didn’t do contribute that result. Need to really eat less since the injury cause me to exercise less than last yr and getting one yr old doesn’t help to burn calories.
