I am once again ready to tackle my weight issue not just for appearance but more importantly for my health. I have taken off pounds bu fail to keep them off long term.

My Goals:
To make some lifestyle changes in order to become healthier and have more energy to do the things I love to do.

My Program:
 Be more mindful of what I eat by tracking my daily intake, to add more walking to my daily activties. Get back inot some gardening, love flowers.
