Hi Cyndi, thanks for stopping by my SparkPage & your kind words. You've definitely found the right site to help you achieve your goals. We've got a lot in common. I've yo-yo'd more times than I can count, but this time is different. I think it's got a lot to do with attitude. It's no longer a "diet", but a "healthy lifestyle". Every time I've gone back to my old habits is when I'd shoot back up in weight, but this time around I'm making & sticking to healthier eating choices along with exercising daily. Hi Cyndi! I'm doing pretty good. I'm keeping up on my exercise but some days are hard. During the week is easy but the weekend especially a holiday where we have a family cookout is tough. I have tried to walk, do workout dvds, strength training and swimming to make up for extra that I've eaten. Hope things are going well for you too! Diane 4298 days ago
