Never give up -- 2013 Plans


Well, I'm going to start again in 2013 -- I am going to try to improve on my healthy habits and not focus on the weight number. Work is as stressful as usual but I will try to not take it so seriously. Afterall, life is more important than work.

My Goals:
My Goal is to lose weight in order to be healthier and happier with my life


My Program:
 I willl track my food and exercise at least 3 times per week


Personal Information:
I live in Austin Texas and winter has finally arrived here. We're still in a drought although we finally got some rain

Other Information:
 I'll set up my goals as I progress.
