I'm a single mom with 5 kids total but 3 lives with me I new I was over weight and 1 day my oldest daughter came to visit her half brothers and sister and 1 of my son's toke a picture of me and my daughter then I realized how over weight I was standing next to a skinny young lady I always tried to lose weight but it wouldn't happen now I'm going to try my best so I can breath easier to I hate heavy breathing after walking so I'll get healthy for my kids
