    sorry for the late reply, just got back on spark today. you asked my eating plan on my last blog. I'm doing pretty light exercise. Mainly walking with some jogging. I'm only 5'1 so I'm eating around 1200 calories on weekdays and about 1400-1500 on weekends (sometimes more if a cheat meal). It's hard to stick to 1200 though but at my height it's the only time the scale moves. I eat mainly chicken, sometimes fish, grilled or baked. I eat the skin which my husband thinks is bad but I can't eat it plain lol.
