    Read "Fast, Feast, Repeat" by Gin Stephens to get the skinny on Intermittent fasting. It's down to earth and so, so practical. For a more science based information you might try "The Obesity Code" by Dr. Jason Fung.

    Good luck and let me know if you have any questions. I am LOVING losing my cravings and not having to white knuckle it through the day. But sometimes you need to tweak your IF process for YOU to get those results.

    Thank you for your support. :) I tried over the counter white strips over a decade ago, but couldn't really see a difference. Also, I am a complicated case, because I've had so much work done on my teeth (done mostly in my youth), so it's not as simple as simply bleaching my teeth, and that's it.
