I first found SparkPeople several years ago. I went from 195 lbs. to a much more comfortable 170. Unfortunately, I let myself get out of the good habits I had made and now I'm back up to 195. This time, I have the advantage of knowing that it can be done. Hopefully, this experience will be enough to tell me that it's worth every bit of effort it takes to stay fit once I get there.

I'm only 33 and my weight is out of hand. I want to drop the excess now and build some healthy habits so that I can be around for several years to come.
My Program:
Basically the default recommendations: 4 days cardio, 2 days strength, and monitor my diet carefully.
